Residencial Clinical Manager
Ensures all residential programs and services are provided in accordance with all agency, local, state and federal policies, laws, regulations and/or guidelines. Coordinates all required inspections to ensure full compliance. Supervises Residential Counselors by providing assignments, direction and feedback. Conducts performance evaluations and interviews. Makes recommendations for hiring, disciplinary actions, terminations, promotions, and pay increases. Conducts regular staffing with counselors to discuss and monitor patient progress, review treatment plans, and address issues. Ensures all required insurance certifications are completed in a timely manner. Provides oversight to ensure all electronic records are accurate and timely for state reporting and billing. Ensures patients files are in full compliance. Represents agency at meetings and on committees as required. Ensure community awareness of services. Works with the Nurse Manager to plan and schedule activities for residential community and coordinate outreach activities. Provides training and supervision necessary to ensure that all staff understand financial principles and are able to demonstrate proficiency in entering data into the electronic recordkeeping system.
Qualified candidates will have a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related human services field. Candidates must also hold either a license such as a LISW, LMHC or LMFT or a CADC. Minimum of four years of clinical experience including two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
