Substance Abuse/Gambling Counselor
Due to an internal promotion and retirement New Opportunities, Inc. is seeking Co-occurring Counselor that will also provide problem gambling services. The ideal candidate must be a motivated professional with interest in developing and implementing innovative practices.
Requires a BA / BS degree with College level credit in Substance Abuse or its related fields of: Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Human Services, or Criminal Justice. Must be IBC certified or certifiable.
Position includes evaluation, assessment, referral, group facilitation, individual/family counseling, and case management within Carroll, Audubon and Guthrie Counties.
